Fall Welcome is an exciting time for new students and returning students. Typically the Fall Welcome schedule will be posted online by mid-July with a final schedule completed by early August.

Homecoming and Family Weekend will be Sept. 25-27, 2026. Registration typically opens in August.

Information Technology Services (ITS) professionals are distributed across campus to assist students, faculty, staff, researchers, clinics and guests with campus technology needs such as password help, printing, troubleshooting and more. Learn more about the move-in process for first-year students and how to prepare for the August move-in day for residential students. The Move In website will typically be updated in mid-July when housing assignments go out for new students.
The Office of Parent and Family Engagement is your dedicated resource at SLU; whether your student is just starting their journey or well into their degree program. There are more than 35 parking lots and garages on SLU’s Midtown campus, at the School of Law downtown and at the Center for Aviation Science in Cahokia, Illinois. Permits for Saint Louis University parking can be purchased year-round online via mySLU.
No car? No problem. SLU offers a wide variety of transportation options, including a shuttle service and safe escorts, to help you get around campus. Find more about parking and transportation.
Your SLU ID has your parking access, but this card opens the door to much more. A SLU ID serves as your University identification. It’s also used for dining on campus, services at Pius XII Memorial Library, Simon Recreation Center, and even shopping with Billiken Bucks and banking.
The Office of Pre-Health and Pre-Law Studies supports undergraduate students considering careers in health-related fields and in legal professions.

The Saint Louis University Student Involvement Center is your essential guide to campus life and out-of-classroom learning. We connect you with weekly events and movies, late-night activities, over 215 student organizations, twenty-five fraternities and sororities, servant leadership opportunities and transition programming.
Student Mail Services is located on the first floor of the Busch Student Center. The entrance is on the back side of the building facing the lecture halls. Please note that summer hours differ from the school year. You can learn more about package and mail deliveries by visiting the Student Mail Services website.
