Practice Areas

Wissam Kiwan, M.D., treats a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and offers expertise in advanced endoscopy, including endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), diagnostic and therapeutic luminal endoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). He offers endoscopy resection, third space endoscopy, endobariatrics and management of hemorrhoids.  

During his time at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Kiwan established the first Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship Program. He also introduced multiple lines of services, including: 

  • Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (pancreatic and biliary stones) 
  • Pancreatic fluid DNA analysis 
  • Office-based hemorrhoidal banding
